Managing and Maintaining network switch and firewallsDesigning and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Requirement
Prepare & maintain documentation, technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of systems and networks, hardware, and networking protocolsLead desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
Providing technical support on-site as & remotely and when required.Tracking and managing work records & IT Assets.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues as and when required.
