We are looking for young individuals who want to be a part of our team and help simplify the mortgage lending process for people.

We are also seeking experienced professionals in inspection, fraud investigations, branch audits, process audits, data analytics, and team management in secured lending.

Branch AuditResponsible for planning, executing, discussing, and finalizing branch audits nationwide.

Verify compliance with statutory requirements such as The Shop and Establishment Act, RBI, and NHB.Verification of sales, credit, operations, branch hygiene, and ensuring good documentation.

Conduct concurrent credit file audits regularly as per branch audit requirements and other audits.
Data AnalysisConduct pre-audit data analysis for branch audit visits, sales, credit, and collection.
Identify areas of risk through data analytics and ensure completion of planned audits within defined timelines.
Process AuditResponsible for planning, process walkthrough, execution, and report discussion with process teams.

Conduct process audits related to PMAY, loan closure, collection, credit process, risk containment, and FI.File ReviewResponsible for planning and executing yearly full file reviews and KYC file reviews.

Manage end-to-end file review processes.
