Responsibilities:


  • Assist in overseeing the daytoday operations of the facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping and other PPM.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues and take appropriate action to address them.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Assist in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide support to staff and tenants regarding facilityrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in preparing and managing the facilities budget, tracking expenses, and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facilityrelated projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the facilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in facility management for a minimum of 6 years
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to facilities management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergencies or issues outside of regular business hours.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Available to join immediately

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
