You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall Sales management, direction and coordination retails activities which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions specifically in the Russian and CIS Market.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the Anantara brand, and that you are able to effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace.

Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Anantara product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years sales hotel or Travel Agent any related field , with 1 years plus at the supervisory levelBachelor Degree in any related fieldGood command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail)Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadership
