We are actively seeking to hire
Swahili, Yoruba, Igbo or Fula speaker as
"Counter Sales person" for one of our reputed HVAC showroom in Dubai who will have good knowledge and working experience in HVACR products and refrigerant gases.


Responsibilities:


  • Promote a onestopshop to all our new and existing customers. While it's true, we are a HVAC/R and Refrigerant gases supplier.
  • Assisting customers in the store by taking their orders, pulling items, and billing them accordingly.
  • Answer telephones professionally and pleasantly, assisting customers, taking orders and providing excellent customer service.
  • Keep showroom stocked and orderly.
  • Communicate effectively to build strong, long term, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Followup on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction, respond timely to customer.
  • Assisting customers in loading products/material into their vehicles when necessary.
  • Provide product/job quotes as appropriate.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:

Technical/High School Diploma in HVAC/R or at least two years of work experience in the HVAC/R field

Must be a customer-oriented individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and service customers.

Must possess good communication skills and ability to professionally interact with a wide variety of customers both over the telephone and in person.
-
Possess a good work ethic and be able to work well with other team members.
-
Must be able to accurately attend to details and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay:
AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
