    Job Responsibilities:


    Support Group Talent Acquisition in developing the workforce plan in line with the business strategy/ budget and ensure timely submissions and approvals.

    Also make sure that resources are adequately provided as per the approved workforce plan.
    Responsible for screening, short-listing applicants at junior&middle tier positions, conduct interviews, and advice line managers on final outcome.

    Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possibleSupport Group P&C in ensuring that SMART objectives are developed for all the employees in the sector and annual appraisal is done as per the defined timelines by Group P&C team.

    Play a key role in communicating organizational messages and monitoring feedback within the concerned business units.


    Job Requirements:
    Masters in HR or business. Professional certification in HR like CIPD qualification or SHRM will be an added advantage.

    Have a minimum of 5-8 of relevant practical working experience in progressive positions within HR, preferably in an international organization with matrix setup5+ years of experience of HR business partnering preferably in a multi sector organization.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
