**Corporate Services Manager

Dubai

Our client is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join a growing company in Dubai. You will be responsible for assisting with company formation and working closely with the Managing Director.

Company formation in UAE and worldwide
Maintaining, control, preparation and execution of corporate documents of companies
Handling portfolio of clients & project management
Cooperation and liaising with UAE and foreign banks: bank accounts opening, submission of documents and clarifications upon bank request, execution of bank payments
Assisting legal department in preparation of the relevant legal documentation for the clients. Ensuring that all changes in the commercial terms of agreements are properly and timely reflected
Being responsible for maintaining accurate KYC/ AML due diligence records on new and existing counterparts
Visiting, liaising, communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers etc
Control over circulation of documents, maintaining office systems and data management
Administrative tasks: preparation, review, filing of contracts, invoices, letters and other documents
Other supporting secretarial duties printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
Performing other duties upon the request of management

Requirements:

Academic qualifications ( bachelor degree)
Relevant professional experience at least for 35 years in UAE
Knowledge of Russian language is essential
Excellent fluency, reading & writing in English
Practical experience in dealing with corporate documents of UAE and foreign companies
Understanding of accounting transactions and willingness to develop accounting skills
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point )
Good analytical skills
Must be residing in the UAE
