Introduction to the role:Porsche Middle East and Africa is a team where we strives to create Porsche Passion by delivering an experience as legendary as the cars we build. Currently the Marketing team is seeking an Experiential Marketing Intern to be involved in exciting projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Events

Central Events Support: Assist with planning and execution of regional events & activations.
Importer Steering: Support with reporting of Importer network events and activations (e.g. Product Launches, brand activations and driving experiences)
Conference: Attendee guestlist management and reporting, updating of internal planning presentations
Community Management: Reporting of all Club activities across the entire Porsche Middle East, Africa and India region

Daily Administration

Coordination of customs clearance for shipments
Maintenance of Experiential Marketing storeroom inventory
Support Procurement process (Purchase Requisition Process in SAP)
DRVN Merchandise stock check and sales reporting

**Anforderungen

Qualifications and Competencies:

Degree in business or related field (Events Management or Marketing)
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
IT Skills and knowledge of SAP based CRM system desirable
English written and spoken fluently and strong communication skills
Automotive passion desirable
Availability for 12 months required
Flexibility in working on weekends (occasional for events)
