Lead Our Expansion Across Dubai & Abu Dhabi


Station Vending Machines LLC, a dynamic company in Dubai, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Team Lead to spearhead our growth across both Dubai and the newly established Abu Dhabi region.

You will lead and develop a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) in both locations, driving sales, securing vending machine placements, and maximizing revenue.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BDEs in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, fostering a collaborative and highperforming sales environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific market dynamics of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Oversee lead generation for both regions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Identify highpotential locations and client segments in Abu Dhabi, expanding our market reach.
  • Guide and mentor BDEs in conducting professional and effective negotiations with decisionmakers in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Close highvalue deals for vending machine installations, exceeding sales targets across both regions.
  • Manage the contract life cycle, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance for installations, acts of acceptance, and temporary use agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying new business opportunities for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing) to create a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all company trade secrets and sensitive information.
  • Represent Station Vending Machines LLC at industry events and trade shows (as needed).
  • Travel to Abu Dhabi for client meetings and team development activities (occasional).

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 34 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
  • Experience working in the UAE market is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the vending machine industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.

Salary:
Up to AED7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
