- To achieve sales target set byhotel.
- Is aware of and abides by all hotelpolicies, procedures & relevantlegislations
- Ensures all directions arefollowed out at the request of any level of SeniorManagement.
- Ensure compliance with Accorminimum standards pertaining to Sales &Marketing.
- Maintaining existingleisure/corporate accounts and sourcing new business to achieve thehotel's targeted occupancy and roomrevenue.
- Conduct sales calls to existing andprospective corporate accounts as per areas assigned byDOSM.
- Maintenance of all sales activities andaccount information in the Sales Database.
- Inconjunction with the Sales Team, preparation and action of monthlysales activities plan.
- Entertaining ofqualified clients within the hotel F&BOutlets.
- Attend and assist in the co-ordinationof hotel functions as requested byDOSM.
- Maintain high profile within the travelindustry and foster relationships with corporate accounts and MICEMarket.
- Conduct site inspections and hostfamiliarization visits when required.
- Attendmonthly review meetings with DOSM to discuss results versus goalsin the annual sales call plan and company salesstrategy.
- To be flexible to carry out otherduties and assignments as requested by the DOSM.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aproven track record in managing and motivatingpeople
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai, UAE& GCC sales market.
- Excellentcommunication & negotiationskills.
