Stantecis currently looking for a Senior Architect to join our dynamicteam and support on a supervision project of a large buildingcomplex in Abu Dhabi.

Some of the key jobresponsibilities of this role entail the following:

• Hands on in monitoring the architectural worksfor conformance with the provisions of the contract documents andthe procedures manual.
• Reviewing and processing all architectural technicalsubmittals.
• AnsweringRFIs related to architecture.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of allarchitectural activities and operations.
• Reviewing contractors architectural changeorder proposals and preparing recommendations to ArchitecturalPM.
• Lead thecoordination process with other disciplines. Liaison and coordinatewith the necessary sub consultants.
• Reviewing contractors claims related toarchitectural works and preparing recommendations for claims toArchitectural PM
• Reviewing the contractors project record documentsrelevant to their discipline.
• Managing the architectural inspectors.
• Analyzing laboratory and testingreports.
• Assisting withthe inspection of completed works and monitoring the startuptesting commissioning and handover of the architecturalworks.
• Signing off oncompleted architectural works with completeddocumentation.
• Prepareweekly planning and weekly report.
• Perform all other duties given byArchitectural PM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• 1015 years of experience being an Architectwith 5 years experience in Middle East and healthcareprojects.
• Strongtechnical knowledge in exterior envelope details and materialinterface.
• StrongKnowledge in hospital construction.
• Good knowledge of the buildingcode.
• Excellent oraland written communication skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution(Excel Word).
• Abilityto review and comment properly on necessarydocumentation.
• Knowledge / experience in AUTO CAD
• Excellent understanding of specifications andAuthority requirements.
• Complete project understanding in given discipline fromstart to handover.
