    RolesandResponsibilities:


    Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing andprescreening candidates to salary negotiation and mobilizationacross various projects particularly in the GCCregion.

    Crafting innovativesolutions for competitive sourcing challenges and collaboratingwith Line Managers to develop and review sourcing plans forattracting top talent.

    Conductingstatistical analyses to evaluate the quality of candidates forfuture deployments ensuring a continuous improvement in therecruitment process.
    Craftingcompelling advertisements and leveraging online platforms andsocial networks for job postings to maximize candidateoutreach.
    Employing diversestrategies to attract new talents utilizing job portals socialmedia and professional networkingwebsites.
    Vigilantly monitoringthe progress of mobilization stages and ensuring adherence totimelines in each recruitmentphase.
    Analyzing hiring metricsand results providing datadriven recommendations to enhance theoverall recruiting process.
    Providing timely updates to Line Managers and Senior Management onthe status of ongoingrecruitment.
    Coordinating theaccreditation of agencies in respective countries and managingcommunication with PRO and agencies to streamline the visaprocess.
    Generatingrecruitmentrelated reports as needed to keep stakeholdersinformed.
    Serving as an internaladvisor on talent acquisition matters and participating in relatedprojects.
    Cultivating strongrelationships with line managers and business leaders to understandand address their teams hiring needseffectively.
    Innovatively seekingways to enhance the efficiency of the hiring and onboardingprocesses on a holisticlevel.

    Requirements

    Ideally possess a Bachelors Degree or equivalent educationalqualification.
    Demonstrate aminimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in a recruitmentcentricrole.
    Exhibit outstandingcommunication customer service and interpersonalskills.
    Display proficiency inwritten and verbal communication inEnglish.
    Showcase adeptanalytical and decisionmakingcapabilities.
