Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Data Security and Cyber Security Protection Measures Trainer to join our team.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for providing our employees with comprehensive training on data and cyber security protection measures to ensure that our organization is secure from potential threats.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement training programs on data and cyber security protection measures, including but not limited to: data encryption, secure coding practices, access control, network security, incident response, and threat detection.

Conduct classroom and online training sessions for employees at all levels, including executives, managers, and staff.

Create training materials, such as presentations, training manuals, and online modules, that are engaging and effective.


Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and HR, to ensure that security training is integrated into onboarding and ongoing training programs.


Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices to ensure that training materials and programs are current and effective.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Provide individual coaching and support to employees who need additional assistance with security measures.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in data and cyber security, with a focus on training and education.

Expert knowledge of data security and cyber security protection measures, including industry best practices and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Experience creating engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations and online modules.

Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
