- Adhere to OHSE legislations, standards and the Organization Policy's & Procedures.
- Act as the direct support for the Program Manager on all technical matters.
- Compilation and management of the Engineering Management Plan Activities.
- Development of the Product Strategy.
- Integration of all technical effort on the project.
- Baseline Management culminating in the Development Roadmap.
- Detail Planning of the project with all stakeholders through the creation of the WBS and SOW's.
- For the complete program as well as per sub project.
- Application of engineering due process as defined by the NIMR PLM Gates.
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 7 years hands-on experience in implementing the configuration management concept that includes: requirements management, change management, release management, data management, records management, and document control in the relevant field.

- Plan and maintain the project schedule.
- Create the project development budget and manage the budget within approvals.
- Identify and manage stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project technical risks.
