Carpenter for a 4-Star Deluxe Hotel - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Apt Resources

At Apt Resources, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join the team at one of our client's 4-star hotels. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out various carpentry tasks to maintain and enhance the hotel's facilities and guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required and the dimensions for construction projects
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Install cabinets, shelves, countertops, and other wooden items
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting in the GCC
• Must be in UAE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy materials and operate power tools
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Benefits

Basic Salary AED fixed AED 500/- per month towards Service Charge plus sharing accommodation ( 4 in 1) plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws. A language allowance of AED 300 will be paid to those who can speak Arabic, Russian, French, or German
