Job Summary:
The cosmetics and Skincare Product Specialist is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing hands-on expertise in skincare products. This role involves engaging customers, recommending suitable skincare solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The individual will collaborate with the sales team and offer in-depth knowledge about skincare products while meeting sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:

Identify and prospect potential B2B customers within the cosmetics industry, such as beauty salons, spas, pharmacies, dermatology clinics, nutrition stores, retail stores, supermarkets, hotels, and other beauty or wellness centers.

Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling skincare products.

Customer Engagement:
Engage customers proactively, provide personalized skincare consultations, and recommend appropriate products.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Insights:
Stay updated on skincare trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.

Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to showcase product effectiveness.

Training and Education:
Providing hands-on training sessions for staff and customers on skincare product knowledge and usage.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and up-to-date sales records, including customer contacts, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management as required, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, forecasts & any other reports required by the management.


  • Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Focus on sales of all handled portfolio of products.

Education and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in cosmetology or equivalent qualification in Massage Therapy or a related field (preferred).


  • Extensive experience in massage therapy, with a minimum of 3-5 years of practice.
  • Proven track record of training and educating massage therapists or relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and therapies.
  • Sales experience or a demonstrated aptitude for sales and customer engagement.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (required)
