Responsibilities

  • Set fullfunnel organic growth strategy to support CAFU's growth goals, and ultimately increase our customer LTV leading growth marketing strategy and informing our customerfacing experience across acquisition and retention.
  • Review dashboards with the growth team for measuring and sharing results on businesscritical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Design and implement optimization tests across our endtoend customer funnel (from acquisition through lifecycle retention).
  • Develop and drive lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and largescale campaigns.

Requirements:


  • Top tier undergraduate degree in marketing or similar field
  • 5+ years bestinclass experience in B2C or Marketplace, ideally within Ride Hailing, Mobility, Cartech, Startup, E-Commerce categories, with a deep focus on organic growth marketing. Growthstage startup experience highly valued
  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix (including online and offline channels).
  • Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized "doer," with a datadriven mentality and a bias towards action.
