    OVERVIEW:

    The Marketing Manager role requires a strategic approach to align social media, communication, and PR efforts, ensuring that they collectively contribute to the company's brand building, reputation management, and overall marketing objectives.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance brand visibility.
    • Manage media relations and craft compelling PR campaigns to garner media attention and establish a positive brand image and reputation.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
    • Manage all aspects of the company's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Prepare reports and presentations outlining performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Plan and manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven track record (Min of 3 years) in a Marketing Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in social media and PR Industries.
    • Strong proficiency in managing PR campaigns and communication initiatives across various platforms.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
    • Experience in Lead Management and Demand generation processes.
    • Familiar with CRM software modules.
    • Excellent Analytics and Reporting Skills.
    • Customer Centricity Approach.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
    • Arabic and English Speaking and Writing skills.
