We are looking for a great customer care representative, capable of talking to customers, understanding and resolving their issues. Agent should be able to comment on customer queries online and generate sales from our customer base.He / She should be fluent in Arabic and have great written Arabic proficiency.
He / She should be fluent in English and have great written English proficiency.
He / She should be proficient in microsoft excel, word.
He / She should be able to log in to social media platforms and answer customers request
Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
