Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a luxury women's fashion wear store in Dubai.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and products
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury fashion store
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Must have their own active customer database in UAE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customerfocused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styling is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
