    Description

    Landscaping Services Manager

    Summary:

    • Manage daily delivery of landscaping services from external contractors.
    • Supervise, monitor and improve performance of landscaping service providers.
    • Administer and monitor landscaping services to enhance quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement landscaping policies, procedures and management strategies.
    2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal maintenance.
    3. Liaise with clients, staff and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery.
    4. Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
    5. Respond to client inquiries 24/7.

    We Are Looking For:

    • A candidate with strong knowledge of landscaping management and maintenance best practices.
    • Proven ability to develop and lead diverse teams and maintain high standards of service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors and team members.
    • Commitment to sustainability, including energy conservation, waste minimization and resource efficiency.
    • Awareness of integrated management systems and safety protocols.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscaping or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience managing landscaping services within large-scale operations.
    • Knowledge of international and local regulations related to landscaping and environmental management.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills for continuous improvement.
