Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages

Train and supervise a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and service

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Develop and update menus and beverage offerings

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints as needed

Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

Passion for coffee and beverage preparation

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
