    About The Role


    We are looking for a Department Manger for Azal Jewelry store who will
    manages the department including managing employee activities to meet the financial and marketing objectives of the company.

    Demonstrates strong knowledge of systems and strategies, the industry, and the competitive landscape to execute initiatives and drive profitable sales.

    Effectively executes company programs and initiatives. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.


    What You'll Be Doing

    Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to optimize departmental sales.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coaching, directing the sales team and promoting excellent customer service standards.
    • Conduct regular inventory assessment and implementing streamline processes to maintain accurate stock level.
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of well moving items.
    • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and activities of the department.
    • Assist and implement strategies, policies, and procedures, aligned with Store/Retail Manager directions, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually as per the guidelines provided by the brands.
    • Resolve customers issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Develop and maintain relations with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to achieve common company goals and objectives.
    • Manage and lead the Team, including recruiting, training, coaching, development, and motivation.
    • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the department and individual team members. Regularly monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Create and maintain productive working environment that encourages teamwork, employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Implementing Clienteling strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
    • Ensure Team compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
