cost controller to oversee cost management for our entire company.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.

To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:_

Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
Monitors the performance of all departments, particularly food and Beverage through the efficient maintenance of control procedures Established by management
Liaises with purchasing team as well as chefs to ensure accurate costing for food and beverage
Ensures accurate preparation of all paperwork associated with the movement of all food and beverage stocks to outlets
Monitors food and beverage performance through analysis of daily food covers, sales, and cost reports.
Prepare and share the prices of food and beverage recipes
Preparing the cost budget with BU Manager for each department and project and following up on the disbursement items According to the budget.
Takes a proactive approach to the activity concerned by Cost Control
Fiscal count for Inventory for example main stores and outlets per month and recorrection of any discrepancy in the system.
