    A Groups and Events Coordinatoris responsible for receiving groups and events in the hotel servingas an intermediary between the customer and the commercial andoperational areas. It is the customer contact at the time thisarrives at the hotel with your event working with the hotel toachieve the set goals.

    What will I bedoing

    As a Groups and Events Coordinator youwill work following the events that occur in the Hotel from initialcontact with the head of the event to prepare contracts for groupsand events until the end of the event and therefore must performthe following tasks with the higher standards:

    • Receive groups and events and keep up to date the hoteleven output
    • Draw up contracts for groups andevents
    • Insert Rooming List in the systemupdate payment instructions and enter important informationrelevant to the group
    • Negotiate budgets withcustomers
    • Develop events Work Orders in thesystem with all relevant information
    • Conductinstructional groups with all relevant information to the group(number of able category price form of payment contact the companyspecial notes etc. )
    • Perform monthly reportgroups and update closing information groups
    • Interact permanently with the Account Managers SalesCoordinators Reservations Front Desk Department Parties HiltonMeetings and kitchen
    • Act directly with theguest or client during the stay of groups and events
    • Participate in special activities such as secretaries ofcocktails welcome tour groups etc.
    • Ensurethat all client requests are answered efficiently and withagility

    • Graduate or MBA inManagement Hospitality and Marketing
    • Previoussales groups and events preferably in Hospitality
    • Ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to solve problems quickly andefficiently
    • Sense of organization andplanning
    • Good computer skills including ExcelPowerPoint and Word
    • Proactive approach to meetdeadlines and objectives
