- Coordinate project meetings andcommunications.
- Prepare letters and emailcorrespondences.
- Manage project schedules,deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timelycompletion.
- Support project team withadministrative tasks, such as travel arrangements and expensereports.
- Provide general office support, suchas answering phones, filing, and organizingpaperwork.
- Assist in preparing projectpresentations and reports forstakeholders.
