AED 11k - 13k plus Commission (1k - 3k based on performance)

Overview:


We are a Channel Partner startup of a multinational Emirati based telecommunications services provider, currently operating in 15 countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

We are in the process of deploying an entire sales team with a clear focus and bias on digital products and services of the Telco.


We are looking for a sales leader with a passion for selling what's next in Telco solutions, is accomplished at taking new products to market and has an ability to seize market share in a highly competitive market.

This position is responsible for growing revenues by effectively managing the sales team. It requires a strategic and analytical thinker and a diligent and thoughtful planner.


Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain expert understanding of all products of the Telco

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in identified customer accounts.

Meets assigned revenue targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives across portfolio products and services.

Proactively leads a planning process that develops individual and team performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive sales plan


Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.


Leads a field force of 40+ sales hunters team leaders and support staff to deliver pre-assigned targets and revenues across a portfolio of digital and Telco products and services.


Experience/Background:

Minimum 10+ years' experience in Telecom/ICT industry preferably managing partner programs across solutions.

Ability to establish deep, personal and long-lasting relationships with channel sales teams


Must have a proven record of accomplishment of growing business within a channel partner or customer, building key relationships with decision makers at senior levels of the partner and at other relevant levels.

Demonstrated ability to provide platform solutions that assist their customers and creating new revenue streams.

Ability to leverage relationships through excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Strong selling, persuasion and closing skills.

Build strong channel relationships and connect with key stakeholders

Be able to work with channel sales teams to help them close sales

Be a true hunter in helping us find lead end-user customers to help prime our channel pipeline


Salary:
AED11, AED13,000.00 per month
