• Act as theprimary interface with Municipal Agencies, representing our firmand advocating for timely approvals.
• Coordinateclosely with our Engineering, Architecture, and Construction teamsto gather necessary documentation and information for permitsubmissions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge oflocal building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processesto facilitate smooth projectprogression.
• Handle any permit-relatedinquiries, issues, or revisions promptly and professionally,keeping all stakeholders informed of progress andoutcomes.
