Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of offshoreprojects and undertake responsibility to develop the project plan,form project teams and ensure that offshore project objectives aremet.

Define project scopes, objectives, budgetand outcomes and endorse project planning and management outcomes,in line with the departmental policies, procedures andstandards.

Lead the implementation of riskmitigation initiatives and support the formulation of OffshoreLogistics project risk policies and mitigation. Strategies bycoordinating with the risk managementdepartment.

Oversee and provide operationalsupport to all offshore projects requiring approval for utilizationof marine units and movements within company-controlled areas andensure that all marine operations are safely conducted inaccordance with safety standards and approvedprocedures.

Evaluate project feasibility againstOffshore Logistics capabilities and resources and monitor projectcosts to ensure alignment with projectbudgets.
