Description

As a Social Media Account Manager, you are expected to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

You are expected to manage, create content, and update all Social media platforms. You will be a doer, driving projects from ideation to execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all social media platforms from ideation to content creation, implementation, management, and reporting.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Effectively communicates project updates to clients and manages expectations
  • Manages the client feedback/approval process within the agency
  • Prepares meetings and postmeeting recaps
  • Reports project performance and progress to account team on a regular basis
  • Develop quarterly content road maps based on preapproved content themes
  • Lead on all aspects of social media; monitoring & listening moderation, and community management.
  • Attends internal creative reviews and ensures all work is onbrief and onstrategy
  • Updates status report and leads the weekly status meetings with client teams
  • Ensures highquality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands
  • Monitor analytics with the social media team to identify
  • Ability to repurpose social media content for different social media platforms based on a deep understanding of how content is consumed differently on each channels.
  • Create an engaging blog and social media content
  • Provide branding insights and guide the marketing efforts within the company
  • Ability to identify social media microinfluencers and work on Influencer Outreach Programmes.
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Should be selfdriven to understand customer issues, respond promptly and raise reported issues to the development team.
  • Must be a team player with good timemanagement as well as interpersonal skills.

Previous Agency experience required to be considered for this role
:


  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 78 years of concentrated experience with social media channels and deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Indepth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+
  • Knowledge of the social media marketing industry, strategies and tactics
  • Ability to assist in development of strategic social marketing plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
