    • To report for duty punctuallywearing the correct uniform and name badges at alltimes
    • Perform duties as assigned by theStewarding Supervisor, Asst. Chief Steward and the chiefSteward
    • Perform general cleaning duties asassigned by the Stewarding Supervisor in accordance establishedstandards of performance and schedules.
    • Ensurethe safe, correct and economic use of Stewarding equipment thatincludes|:
    • DishwashingMachine
    • Glass washingMachine
    • Pot WashingMachine
    • Floor Cleaning and Maintenancemachines
    • Silver BurnishingMachine
    • TransportationVehicles
    • Clean, wash, polish dishes and otheroperating equipment in any Food and beverage outlet according tothe established hygiene and sanitationstandards.
    • Clean, wash pots, pans and otherkitchen utensils in accordance with the established hygiene andsanitation standards.
    • Count, sort and prepareoperating equipment for Banquetfunctions.
    • Ensure that all operating andkitchen equipment/utensils are maintained to high standard withminimum breakage.
    • Ensure that all machineriesand equipments are clean and sanitized according to the establishedhygiene and sanitation standard.
    • Carry outother duties and responsibilities asassigned.
    • Clean all service areas and back ofthe house areas as necessary or as directed by StewardingSupervisor.
    • Keep all kitchen areas clean, neat,tidy and well organize at all times.
    • Removefood waste and garbage at periodic intervals or as necessary inaccordance with the established sanitationstandard.
    • Ensure that high standard of personalhygiene and grooming are strictly observed andfollowed.
    • To ensure that prescribed uniform areworn well pressed and in good state of repair, and ensure that namebadges are worn at all times.
    • Securityconscious with respect to customers, colleagues, hotel property andwelfare. And to report suspicious circumstances to immediatesuperiors.
    • Ensure the departmental area ismaintained in safe, hygienic state and to report any damage tofurniture, fittings and equipment to immediatesuperiors.
    • Communicate positively withcolleagues and superiors to ensure effective teamwork and highmorale.
