Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle onboarding and orientation for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
- Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
- Address employee queries regarding HRrelated matters.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist in HR data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
