Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
  • Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries regarding HRrelated matters.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and assist in HR data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
