• Lead by example and represent thebrand by communicating its values and philosophy though allactivities and interactions with customers and other teammembers
• Follow all appropriate Retail policies,processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work isdone in a systematic and consistentmanner.
• Build and maintain guest experiencestandards in order to build strongloyalty.
• Assist in the achievement of thestore's sales target by collaborating with the salesexecutive team to generate sales through high-sellingtechniques.
• Execute and Participate in projectsand community events and activities with minimalsupervision.
• Stay ahead of latest trends,products and competitors and share feedback with the store managerand relevant stakeholders in the back-officeteam.

• Create a positive work environmentbased on trust, respect and fairness and be the voice of theemployees when needed by sharing any of their feedback, challengesand concerns with the store manager and HRteams.
• Understand and communicate theorganization's priorities to ensure team'salignment with Group'sobjectives
• Assist the Store Manager in definingareas of responsibility for each sales team member and manage,engage and guide the team reporting to the StoreManager
• Create and maintain schedule to ensurefull coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards ofthe staff

• Implement and promote exceptionalcustomer service in stores to boost sales and build customer trustand loyalty.
• Manage VIP Guestsrelationships
• Manage all customer complaintseffectively to ensure efficient operations and consistentexceptional customer service.
