Provisioning of taxdisclosures and/or tax audit of disclosures liaising closely withthe audit team

Good understanding on OECD BEPSinclusive framework and Pillar 1 and2

Responsible for the delivery of the corporationtax content of projects

Manage the delivery oftax due diligence assignments, supporting advisory team ontransactions both buy and sell side.

Demonstratean ability to analyse and interpret data, identifying businessissues and applying technical knowledgeappropriately
