JobDescription

To ensure aprofessional and profitable operation within the framework of theHotel
With the hotel training manager identifytraining needs and develop and deliver the required training fordepartment employees to meet the needs of the business. Support thetraining of Departmental.
Trainers to continueto improve hotel service levels and implement a daily departmentaltraining program
To achieve departmental budgetgoals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue andthe efficient cost expenditure
To accuratelyforecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing &food production
To be responsible for allaccounting and billing procedures in theoutlets
To work with hotel management todevelop & execute plans and actions for the marketing ofthe outlet. To be aware of all Guest Incentive programs andactively promote and support these.
To ensurethe efficient scheduling of Management & Team Members inthe outlet and to be responsible for the accurate supervision ofthe Team Members time control system.
To beresponsible for the execution of all Team Member reviews andappraisals in a professional and timelymanner
To train managers and supervisors ineffective coaching and counseling and the correct process ofprogressive discipline
To be responsible formaintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at alltimes
To be responsible for asset management ofall outlet property and facilities and to conduct a regularpreventative maintenance inspection.
Promotepositive interdepartmental relations through candid communicationand cooperation.
To work closely with theBanqueting department to support all requestedfunctions.
Above all to lead by example througha hands on approach to motivate our Team Members toexcel.

Qualifications

Previousexperience in Restaurant & Bar operations managementrole
Passion for leadership andteamwork.
Eye for detail to achieve operationalexcellence.
Excellent guest serviceskills.
College diploma in Hotel Management orrelated field.
Experience in bar managementmenu engineering
