Description
We are looking for a friendly Hostess who will be responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.
In this position, you will also take reservations, answer phone calls, and ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.
Hostess duties and responsibilities
- Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their tables
- Assisting customers with any special requests or needs
- Managing the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Communicating with the kitchen and servers to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized front of house area
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Hostess requirements and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
