ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Supervise all activities that are related to the order fulfillment of the company by managing contract manufacturing orders, primary distribution chain and reginal HUB (3PL).

Based on the long term and short-term sales forecast to conduct operations planning and allocate the order on the contract manufacturing sites.

Upon completion of the manufacturing process organize transportation of the products from the manufacturing sites to the regional HUB or Customers.

Supervise 3PL Warehouse to meet the inventory, quality, and regulatory requirements. Organize further transportation of products from the regional HUB to the customers.


KEY RESPONCIBILITIES:

• 1.

_ _Sales & Operations Planning:
_
- a._ _Lead and develop core planning meetings, with the necessary agenda, inputs, and outputs._
- b._ _Ensure effective operations planning, common understanding and delivery targets to meet the demand and supply._

• 2.

_ _Order management:
_

a. Allocate the orders to the contract manufacturing sites, follow up the order to ensure the production plan delivery adherence.

b.

Organize the transportation of the products from the manufacturing sites to the fulfillment hub or the customer by using the service of 3PL Company.

c. Manage supply & demand balance of the products on the fulfillment hub (3PL) to meet the inventory targets.

d.

Organize the transportation of the products form the fulfillment hub to the customer by using the service of 3PL Company.

e. Provide regular and on-demand reports to ensure process visibility and efficiency control (KPIs).

3.

_3PL ("Third Party Logistics") management_:
a. Lead 3PL selection, activation, and system integration between SAP&WMS/TMS.

b. Coordinate, control and manage performance and relationships with 3PL.

Assess the activities of 3PL and measure the KPIs within the contract to achieve efficient delivery monitoring and inventory control through a monthly stock reconciliation and a physical count.

c. Control and follow-up an improvement activity assigned to 3PL to meet the desired service level.
