our client, we are looking for a competent, <\/b>skilled, and experienced PVC Machine Operators <\/b>to work in UAE<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

Job Summary:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

To
perform and carry out specific tasks assigned or processed and ensure to
delivery of targets are met according to production requirements or work
orders.<\/span>
<\/p>

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operate/
Prepare and set up the machine according to the specifications of the product
to be manufactured.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Install
the Tool/ mould into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and configuration.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adjust
machine settings, and processing, to achieve the desired product quality.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor
and maintain an adequate supply of raw materials for continuous operation.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle
and store materials properly to prevent contamination or defects.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor
the production process to ensure the products meet quality standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
visual inspections of products for defects or abnormalities.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adjust
machine settings as needed to correct defects and maintain product consistency.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify
and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the process,<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate
with maintenance personnel to address and resolve technical problems promptly.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain
accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any adjustments
made during the manufacturing process.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Document
any issues, defects, or machine downtime for reporting and analysis.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adhere
to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Use
personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper safety procedures when
operating machinery.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on the machine and associated equipment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure
that molds/tools are cleaned and maintained properly to prevent defects and
extend their lifespan.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate
effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Report
any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality issues promptly.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contact
the technician or supervisor if parts do not meet the quality standard as
defined.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Informs
Supervisor of any malfunction in the machine; coordinates with Technicians to
resolve the issue; keeps Supervisor informed of the progress.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Records
scrap or non -conforming products on a control sheet and stores it appropriately
for review. 22. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and work
area and keeping it safe.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Observe
and comply with standard operation procedures and HSE guidelines.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.<\/span>

KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum
2 years of relevant production operations and processes experience in plastic
or pipe manufacturing environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma/Industrial
Trade certificate<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge
and experience in extrusion and/or moulding process a plus<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>English
writing skills<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good
physical condition.<\/span>
<\/p>
