Compensation: Revenue Sharing - Commission 25% on successful placement

Requirements:

5+ Years of Recruitment or HR experience

Creative mindset in sourcing candidates

Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
