Our client is an international, Italian company that plans and builds high-tech industrial plants, being particularly specialized within the Oil & Gas sector; the company realizes important infrastructural projects in the fields of transportation and complex constructions.

This commitment has been at the heart of the company for forty years and have brought their know-how and skills all over the world, offering Engineering & Contracting services to private customers, to public administrations and to oil companies.

This is a multi faceted role which reports directly the GM of the Middle East office but there will be a dotted line to the Finance Director based in Italy.

The role will require a strong administrator who is able to multi task and think on her feet.

A large part of the role is apportioned to working with the Operations Manager in working with contracts as well as financial support to the FD and this requires strong IT skills and a numeric mind set together with exemplary attention to detail.

The ability to prioritise an ever changing workload is essential as you will also be responsible for general office administration such as some PA support and general office support.

This is a friendly, team spirited environment and our client is looking for an individual who appreciates this in a work environment.

The applicant must be mature minded, flexible by nature and be able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong time management skills.

Fluency in MS Office is required.
