A globally-renowned consulting firm is actively seeking talented individuals at the Principal and Manager levels with substantial expertise in the dynamic field of Tourism and Hospitality.

As a Principal, you'll play a proactive role in business development and client management activities, while Managers will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, lead client assignments, and mentor junior consultants.

The overarching goal is to guide each assignment to its successful completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting formal and informal presentations internally and externally
  • Crafting clear, persuasive, and concise written presentations
  • Leading teams in a selfsufficient strategic consulting environment, emphasizing strong teamwork and effective communication
  • Overseeing quantitative analysis, ensuring the depth required for each assignment and quality assuring the results
  • Establishing and nurturing lasting client relationships at all levels
  • Identifying new business opportunities as they arise

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree from a toptier university
  • MBA or other postgraduate degrees from leading academic institutions
  • Ideally recognized for academic excellence with special awards or participation in elite programs
  • Robust consulting experience in Tourism and Hospitality topics (510 years)
  • Proven rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organization
  • Flexibility and commercial acumen to manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and resultsoriented environment
