Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly or month purchase orders processingEnsure orders are transmitted to supplier and confirmation is receivedEnsure orders are dispatched within the agreed lead timeMonitor and follow up on back ordersCommunicate to suppliers about changes in forecastPrepare the budget as per order schedule and business recommendationEnsure stock availability by performing of risk of run out analysis and orderingNew model parts planning and orderingObtain approvals as per delegation of authority


Requirements:
Experience developing management reporting packsSkilled in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologiesUnderstanding of agile way of workingProficiency in MS Office
