Minimum 5years' experience in HR or relatedfield

Knowledge of employment standards and humanrights legislation for Canada and USA

Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive anddifficult issues professionally and in a confidentialmanner

Ability to provide informal coaching toindividuals at all levels and influence as appropriate to ensuresuccessful outcomes

Action oriented individual,who demonstrates high accountability, sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities
