_Job Purpose_


The Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist in the delivery of dental care, and for organizing work in the dental clinic.

2.
_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_
2.1.

- _Knowledge of:_*2.1.1. Medical terminology used in the assessment, care and treatment of patients.

2.1.3. Pharmacological process in the appropriate administration and the effects of medications used in the care and treatment of patients.

2.1.4. Principles and procedures of infection control and septic technique.

2.1.5. Common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.

2.1.6. The diverse cultural customs and religious beliefs of the population being cared for.

2.1.7. Laws and regulations covering nursing practices.


Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Dental Clinic: 2 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • DOH License as Dental Assistant or Dental Nurse (preferred)
