- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to outcome, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption, and proactively managing our product portfolio for maximum consumer value.
- Leadership and Team Management: Foster a culture of consumer centricity, collaboration, and high impact, leading a dynamic product management team and mentoring product managers to elevate the product management practice.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of the product strategy, advocating for a holistic approach to product development.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage product budgets that align with strategic objectives, collaborating with finance and executive teams.
- Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and the executive team, providing regular updates on product performance and impact.
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, with 5+ years in product leadership positions (director or above) with proven track record in people management and attracting/retaining product talent.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience in mass product serving millions of consumers.
- Ability to achieve strategic goals, evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in product rituals to shorten time to market and amplify product impact, with business-centric mindset and passion for solving customer problems and creating business value.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong storytelling skills and written and verbal English proficiency.
