- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required and typically 20+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
- Professional registration is required.
- Experience working with high end, tier one architectural firms.
- Strong experience in the Middle East.
- Experience working client side would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience and skills in presenting to senior leadership / board level executives.
- Solid understanding of commercial development and design to budget rigor.\
- Able to lead a large team of internal and external resources
