Description

Ensuring that the coordination among all disciplines interfaces within the Engineering Department is in compliance with the project requirements.
Prepare monthly progress report and closely monitor performance.
Responsible for liaising directly with Project Managers for manning and de- manning of engineering (electrical) staff.
Select supporting software programs required to operate the design functions as applicable.

Assign the specific job responsibility to a person who will keep full control of all documentation produced during the progress of the work.

To ensure that activities are performed in accordance with the planned programme.

To provide necessary support and information to the Procurement Manager for technical bid evaluations,Manage the preparation of Bid ProposalsSupervisory role in preparation of engineering deliverables during bidding stage & modification if any on award of engineering contracts.

Co-ordinate the preparation of Bid submittals with Business Development.
Conduct interviews as required.
Have authority to negotiate and sign on behalf of the section within the responsibility.

Responsible for completion of all engineering works necessary to honour contractual obligations or other undertakings to the client in respect of final handover.

Continually review work and QA/QC procedures and modify as necessary.
Maintain long term customer relations and retain them.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Engineering DegreeProfessional registration with appropriate bodiesMinimum of 18 years' experienceExcellent communication skills
