- Communicate with customers, vendorsand team members to ensure customer commitments aremet

- 4years of relevant work experience
- Experiencewith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerizedscanner equipment
- Availability to work aflexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplannedovertime, which may include weekends
- Bachelor's degree inLogistics or a related field
- 4 years ofmanagerial/supervisory experience
- Experience inan AS9100 or ISO environment
- Lean, Six Sigmaand Continuous Process Improvement knowledge andexperience
- Experience in warehousing orThird-Party Logistics (3PL)
- Ability to maintaina safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safetyprocedures across all departments
- Strongproblem-solving techniques and statistical analysisskills
- Lift objects of various shapes,sizes, and weights
- Stand, sit or walk forextended periods of time
- Reach (including aboveyour head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat andkneel
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouseenvironments
