We are in need of an experienced Agency Operations Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks and support our Agency's management.


The Agency Operations Coordinator's responsibilities include managing agency schedule, tracking projects, responding to clients when necessary, making arrangements and preparing proposals and reports.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our Agency by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners as needed
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Make work arrangements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the tasks of various departments
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience in advertising and media operations or similar role IS A MUST
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge IS A MUST
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Arabic verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Salary:
From AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Agency: 2 years (preferred)
Creative Copywriting: 2 years (preferred)
Marketing Proposals: 2 years (preferred)
Social Media Management: 2 years (preferred)
Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

  • Advertising and Media: 2 years (required)
  • Operations: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Arabic (required)
  • Fluent English (required)
