Role Summary:


As an HR Manager at Impart Design, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and ensuring a positive work environment.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)


Qualification Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, utilizing HRIS systems and tools.
